An example of the service and fitting that is available from our SPI Certified Outlets

Dr. Peter (SPi-Europe)
Hi Jim, Just wanted to tell you Melvin did a great job and answered my questions within minutes even after shop hours in the UK. Thought I was still talking to the US. Felt like talking directly.
Awesome customer service! Now if your putter really squares up naturally to impact I will just hole everything.
kind regards, Peter

Sorry, it’s a bit long (my mother was a lit teacher):  Had the brilliant opportunity to visit the SeeMore world HQ in Franklin, as it’s only a little over 2 hours from home. A little background: I played a bit 15 years ago, but was never anything spectacular. I’m returning to the game, and just bought a set of Callaway Solaires, which came with an Odyssey off set mallet putter with a 33″ length that was just all kinds of wrong to me. (I’m sure it’s a perfectly good putter – just not for me.) I happened to see a Rosemark grip in the local store, which led me to SeeMore, but when I went to order a center mount blade, the order form asked all kinds of important questions about lie and loft and things that I didn’t know how to answer, and I didn’t want to spend $200+ on a putter without knowing all those things, so I made an appointment with Cody for this past Wednesday.
I admit to a ton of nerves, I was super nervous walking in. It takes a bit of courage to be the girl walking into a male dominated sport (luckily I worked in the motorcycle industry for 7 years, so this was much easier), but it also was a case of worrying about wasting this company’s time with my (re)beginning ways. I can’t hit very far, but remember having a pretty decent short game, so bringing my lack of knowledge to one of the top putter companies in the country? I was a bit intimidated. I probably even looked terrified – I’ll have to find out…
But Cody and the guys at SeeMore were nothing but kind to me. Cody was so patient, took a look at my wonky putter, and listened to what I tried to tell him without knowing how to use club fitting golf lingo. He asked me about things like feel and weights and I was lost, but he tried different approaches, and I putted and kept putting everything he put in my hands until eventually we came to the answer. It was really cool to watch him work too – I need to watch him fit someone else, when I wasn’t so nervous, as I love gadgets and he had some cool ones. It was as much a coaching session as a club fitting, and Cody coached me into finding the putting stroke for me. With the RST on the putter and Cody’s coaching, in moments I was getting much more consistent results – I mean really, truly repeatable and consistent putts with the right tempo and speed, and in just a matter of minutes. Even the dispersion patterns tightened. It happened without me even noticing – all of a sudden, boom there it was!
Everything was my choice except the club head weight. That was the only thing that he insisted on – the heavier club head is what he’s building for me, because the club shaft was so short, and in general, when the shaft is shortened so much, you add weight to balance. So I’m getting the 360, not the 350, gram club head (I think, though it still feels lighter. Maybe that’s a good thing?). I think he was surprised by my choice of the largest Rosemark grip, given my smallish stature, but it honestly helped me not grip the putter like the Incredible Hulk with my right hand.
The most impressive thing about this experience (besides that Cody went beyond our alloted hour to make sure he had it just right for me because he’s awesome like that)? The most impressive thing was that, despite my lack of knowledge, he was able to fit a putter to a n00b with such consistent results. I will have so much confidence with this putter! And I have so much confidence in SeeMore as a company. Putting is gonna be FUN!
So I ordered a black FGP Original blade, your basic milled version, 2.5* loft and 70* lie (which I now understand), and a 30.5″ shaft – no wonder that Odyssey off set mallet putter with a 33″ length was all kinds of wrong! New putter should arrive either Monday or Tuesday, and I can’t wait! I played 9 today with my wonky putter, and while my putting stroke and tempo were consistent (thank you again, Cody!), I sorely missed the RST and the Rosemark grip. I can’t wait for it to arrive! I’ll be running down to the “putting green” that night – as long as the rangers don’t catch me on the golf course after hours
If you have the opportunity to head to Franklin and experience a putter fitting with SeeMore, I highly suggest it! Cody couldn’t be cooler, and I know I can just pick up the phone and get help with anything putter related, even my (re)beginner game. I learned SO much that I can’t express how impressed I am with the experience, with Cody, and with SeeMore as a corporation. I’m sure I’ll go back for another fitting in 3-4 years, but in the meantime the most important club in my bag is perfectly suited to me, and that’s a level of confidence that everyone needs.
And for the record, I did see the vaults. I wish I’d known to explore them a little more – next time I’m there, I’ll be a bit bolder!

Alfy L – “SPi and SeeMore putter at work – Alan R. (SPi Instructor)
Good Morning Alan, Hope you had a good time down in Augusta! Just wanted to thank you again for the help with the SeeMore putter. The way you explained how they work, the specifics behind the design, and the intended line of sight, it fit me perfectly to go with the SeeMore. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me find the model that suited me and helping me get fitted perfectly. I have improved my putting tremendously by using the SeeMore putter. It is definitely not going to be taken out of the bag for a long long time, if ever. I absolutely love it and the Rifle Scope helps me keep my setup consistent and my stroke in tempo and on plane. I will forever be Team SeeMore!
Thank you, Alfy L. -fitted by Alan C. Rosensteel - Golf Academy of America in Myrtle Beach

Take a Putting Lesson from SPi George Connor (SPi)
I met George yesterday. He proceeded to changed my stance, my grip, and obviously the putter, all within a two hour window. The only thing he didn’t change was my home address. All kidding aside, he is a good will ambassador for your company. He is affordable, very knowledgeable, and a skilled professional. I will follow his instructions as I understand that he is the doctor when it comes to putter fitting and mechanics. The new “path” has just commenced. Thanks again for help and guidance. I am motivated to carry a baton for the SeeMore Putter Company (literally and figuratively). Let’s hope for success. All the best.Michael

SeeMore/SPi Tour Fitting Experience w/Dir of TOUR Cody Hale (Franklin, TN)
Just got back from Nashville (technically, I just got back from walking my dog who was stuck in the house all day because I drove to Nashville)… 6 hours in the car, 2 hours inside SeeMore’s facility and $520 later… The TLDR is: If you can find a way to go see Cody at SeeMore, I highly recommend it.
For those of you who want more details… I brought my putter, we hooked it up to the SAM. Cody very politely told me there was no such thing as a bad number… I had bad numbers. Mostly consistency, but pretty much every number could use some improvement (which is always true, it was just more true for me).
He starts by just going over how I’m addressing the ball… Last year I took a putting lesson and moved to a more piston style putting stroke (elbows out and moving the putter like a piston)… it hadn’t helped, but I stuck with it… Cody moved me back into a more regular putting stroke, and helped me better address the ball, including starting my address with my right hand instead of my left hand… This is a simple adjustment that was HUGELY beneficial. Basically we spent 30-45 minutes with him giving me a putting lesson. It was very helpful. We went over address, some drills to get my backswing and follow through more synced up, swing path with the putter… While doing this, he also kept handing me different putters to try.
I’ve only really done one iron fitting, but I’ve hit a lot of balls in front of a lot of reps, and talked golf equipment with a number of golf shop employees. I’ve experienced a variety of knowledge levels and a variety of confidence levels… Cody was one of the best golf guys I’ve ever worked with… Confident in his knowledge to the point he would have me try things he didn’t think would work, just to make sure he had it dialed in… We finally hit 4 putters on the SAM and he gave me the option of 2 putters… Basically the classic SeeMore Mallet with 3 lines for $200 or a fully milled one for $350… We agreed I hit the 2nd one better, so I pulled the trigger… I figure if I keep it in play for 10 years, that’s only $15 a year
He also showed me a putting practice mat that apparently he designed / invented… Link to view and order  It’s designed to help you do two things I need to start practicing… taking the club back square and inside and having your follow through match your backswing. IN THE CART.
Add in the $150 fitting fee (Honestly, this was a bargain… best putting lesson I’ve ever had, plus it gives you hard numbers on your putting stats to help you build your own putter if you don’t want a Seemore)… and I’m out the door for $520. Which was less than I was going to spend on an Edel.
@SeeMorePutters Thanks for hosting me! Very enjoyable experience. Cody was fantastic, helpful and friendly… He is obviously knowledgeable and wants to build putters that work for people. He gave me some great drills to really hone in my putting, and I have every confidence the putter I’m getting will help me become a better putter…
Looking forward to doing some drills with it in the future… The mat is definitely worth a look if you want something new in your basement. It works without a ball (or with it) and can be used on the greens or at home… Overall, it’s very simple, but I think it’s an awesome training aid… It’s also built to work with their mirrors if you are into that sort of thing. (Will T.)

Awesome Putter – Mike H.
I was a long time Scotty Cameron putter, but couldn’t fine tune my stroke and maximize my potential on the greens until I got honest about my stroke. It wasn’t until I saw how SeeMore putters are engineered and made to be face balanced at impact, combined with the RST (Rifle Scope Technology) that my game improved with the flat stick. I’m not gonna tell ya that I dropped 5-8 strokes a round with it, as I am already a scratch golfer, however I will tell you that the ball drops in the hole a lot more and my misses are lipouts instead of inches from missing the hole. I would highly suggest looking into a SeeMore putter and more importantly getting fitted for one, and watch you start winning that Nassau match you have with your friends.
